What we keep,
and what we do not

What you give us yourself

If you write or call, we receive your name, your phone number, possibly your email address and whatever you tell us about your home. We use that to answer you, arrange an appointment and prepare a figure. For nothing else.

We do not sell that data, we do not pass it on for advertising, and we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.

Who we pass something to

Only what is needed to carry out your job. The dimensions and the profile type go to the manufacturer who makes your windows. For large or heavy panels at height we work with a fixed partner with lifting equipment; they get the address and the time, nothing more.

How long

A request that leads nowhere is not kept longer than needed to know that we have already answered. For work carried out we keep the data as long as accounting and guarantee obligations require.

Photographs of the work

We never take photographs without your permission. If you give permission, we photograph so that the house number and the street are not recognisable, and no faces appear. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, and object to its use. A message is enough. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can turn to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Technical

The site stores nothing in your browser that can identify you. Our phone number and email address do not appear in readable form in the source code; they are only assembled the moment you touch the button. That is aimed at automatic address harvesters, and it also means we know nothing about you until you write.

As with any website, the server delivering these pages keeps technical logs. They serve security and operation, not tracking.
